FTC Calls for Comments on Online Ad Rule Revamp

The Federal Trade Commission is updating its guidance document on how federal advertising law applies to online advertising and sales. Much has changed in this space since 2000 – dramatically so, the FTC acknowledges – and it is seeking public comment about any modifications.
